The freshly prepared eggs at breakfast were the highlight, and finding a hidden gem restaurant just around the corner made the trip worthwhile. I also enjoyed the cleanliness of my room, which allowed for a refreshing stay.
Sure, the bed was more uncomfortable than a park bench and the heat had me waking up parched, yet somehow it all added a quirky charm to the experience.

Consider requesting additional towels upfront, as they may only provide one per guest during your stay.

Upon arrival, I was shocked to receive a king bed instead of our reserved queens. The overall cleanliness of the room was appalling, with stains everywhere and a complete lack of basic amenities. Our stay was disrupted by loud traffic noise and inconsiderate guests in adjacent rooms. The staff's dismissive attitude to our complaints left us feeling unvalued. Save your money and look elsewhere!

location near Chicago, impressive hot water, functional TV
The entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. Room cleanliness left much to be desired. The noise from other guests was unbearable!!! An unwelcoming environment made the whole experience dull and uncomfortable.

The hot water in the shower delivered a strong flow, and the TV functioned well without any major issues.
Upon arrival, the room's safety chain lock was installed incorrectly, and I was rudely awakened at 7 AM by jackhammering right outside my room. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with stains on the carpet and unkempt surfaces. Also, only one towel was available per guest, making it a challenge after a shower.

Convenient location, but needs major improvements
I chose this place mainly for its location, which was close to SeatGeek Stadium, but the experience fell short. My room was not properly cleaned, with leftover soap and unkempt surfaces. The lack of basic amenities and overall maintenance made the stay quite uncomfortable. I really think they need to focus on cleanliness and customer service to enhance guest experience.

Couples looking for avoidable frustrations
Well, the location was decent right outside town, and I guess the hot water was quite impressive. The girl at the front desk was nice, always patient when I needed to reactivate my key card.
Wasn't exactly a bargain though, felt like a bit too much for what we got.
